How to order ? |

I do not
take custom orders anymore, sorry. This means that you can only order
animals or bears that are available at the moment. The wisest thing to do is
to join my mailing list to always get the first look at new designs. Most of
the time bears and animals are sold very quickly after their picture has
been shown in my mailing list e-mails, which means new designs often are sold
before they can be put on the website. I will also be listing animals and
bears on EBay, which I will mention in my mailing list e-mails as well.

If you have
spotted a bear/animal that you would like to purchase, please send me an
e-mail. I am sorry, but asking about availability will not hold a bear for
you. Only e-mails in which you commit to buy with the preferred method of
payment can hold this specific creation for you. |

Prices do
not include postage and packaging.
In Europe we
use priority mail which is fully insured. Mostly it takes about 2-3 working
days for a package to arrive at its destination. Costs for postage and
packaging are Euro 13,50 inside Europe.
Outside
Europe packages are sent by priority mail or FedEx. The costs for priority
mail are about Euro 24,50 and cannot be insured completely. FedEx obviously
is much more expensive, but more reliable and fully insured. |

Outside of Europe there might be costs due to customs
(import VAT and duties). Please do not ask us to state a lower value on a
package to avoid costs. We will not commit fraud, we will however include a
statement in the package mentioning the country the bear was made in and a
non-toxic declaration (US only) to avoid most of the problems.

I
prefer payment by PayPal or direct transfer into my bankaccount.
No checks, personal checks, ineternational money orders and cash in letters
please. We endeavor to keep payments as safe as possible for you and
ourselves. That is the reson we prefer Paypal over regular credit card
acceptance.
If you do not like
the character of the bear/animal you ordered, please contact me so we can
find a solution. A bear can only be returned within 8 days in all the
original packaging and with the same forms that were originally included
with the comment ´´ Return Shipment´´ and also with the same comment written
on the box as otherwise I have to pay VAT once again over my own work. The
costs of the return shipment (which has to be registered and sent by
priority air mail) will be paid by the person who wishes to return the
bear/animal. |
